The vessel has been built by STX shipyard which has been building ships for the cruise company for many years.
Work will now continue at the shipyard in Turku, Finland to finish the ship which is currently 65% complete
It will allow the 6,000 guests on board the chance of lounging in the pool by day and returning at night for shows such as acrobatics, synchronised swimming, water ballet and professional high-diving - all with an amazing view of the ocean.
The Oasis has touched water for the first time after its dry dock was filled up with water and it was floated.
