PETALING JAYA, April 24 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak who made his first official visit to Indonesia from Wednesday since becoming prime minister, returned home early Friday.
The aircraft carrying Najib, who was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, touched down at the Royal Malaysian Air Force base in Subang, near here, at 1.03am.
He was welcomed on arrival by Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Federal Territories Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin.
During the bilateral meeting between the leaders of the two countries yesterday, several matters were discussed including cooperation in the tourism, oil and gas, and high-technology industries as well as electricity supply from the Bakun dam to Kalimantan.
Najib and his entourage also attended an official dinner function hosted by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his wife Ani Yudhoyono at Istana Merdeka before returning to Kuala Lumpur.
